The 3501 is designed to be used for fine, small
area sanding and polishing. The 3501 comes with
both a 1 1/4 " and 2 7/8" Hook-it Pad for use
when de-nibbing and polishing painted surfaces.
The variable speed control supports low RPM for
localized fine sanding of very small areas. The
patented quick change pad release allows the
technician to interchange pad sizes in seconds
without a need for additional tools. Change to
the 2 7/8" pad with a wool or foam bonnet,
increase the tools' speed and polish any freshly
painted surfaces to a showroom finish!

STRAIGHT-LINE,
RECIPROCAL ACTION. The only 2-Cylinder, common
piston Straight-line with vertically-engaged,
twin-drive gears. Lack of "rolling gears" common
to all other straight-line's eliminates "humping
and jumping" at the end of each reciprocal
stroke. Two in-line Cylinders, micro-honed to
eliminate cylinder-wall drag, power an
over-sized high-alloy piston. Double rack and
pinion gear assemblies give twice normal gear
contact for maximum balance and thrust. These
precision assembled components make the HUSTLER
a superb all-purpose straight-line with
synchronized strokes so smooth and powerful it
gets lighter with use.

2011 Hustler II offers the same triple counter
balance system and 2-cylinder twin drive
vertically engaged gear system as the 2023. This
ensures a vibration-free reciprocal stroke for
smooth, ultra fine sanding. The 2011 Hustler II
also offers a mid sized, 11" pad for sanding
areas slightly larger than the 2023 but smaller
than those where a 2000 Hustler would be
