• This unique, rugged, semi-rigid versatile sanding block is designed for flat to medium curved surfaces. The strategic hole pattern side provides multiple cutting edges, creating a 30% faster cutting surface, gripping the sandpaper, wet or dry. The back side provides rigidity and a comfortable, easy-to-hold surface. Works well on either catalyzed or non catalyzed materials.

These blocks require no adhesives; sandpaper sticks like glue. The dense side is for more aggressive blocking, while the soft side is for color sanding.

• The roller block utilizes a 5-1/2”x9” abrasive sheet folded into thirds, the Roller-Block saves time by requiring no trimming and saves money by wasting no paper. PSA paper may also be used. Specifically designed for wet sanding applications, the Roller-Block’s soft outer layer retains water while providing a no-slip gripping surface for the abrasive sheet. A rigid inner layer maintains block shape and prevents the transfer of hand marks through the paper. The exclusive rounded sides of the block lift the folded edges of the paper away from the work surface, eliminating defects. The grip is firm and comfortable, little hand pressure is wasted holding the paper to the pad, allowing more pressure to be put into the work.

The key to our efficiency is based on compressing the element axially and forcing it to expand radically against the tapered walls of the housing. This forces the air to pass between the tightly compressed layers along the length of the element, creating a true depth filter Vs. the conventional method of passing the air through layers of media.
Using this unique method of filtration creates a labyrinth of sub-micronic openings from the interlocking fibers on the fabric surfaces, entrapping particles as small as .01 microns.
All this incredible filtration is accomplished while at the same time the patented compression technique maintains an optimum filter density, providing maximum efficiency with a minimum pressure drop at the optimum flow rate.
The M-60 gets serious with it's .01 micron discrimination. We're talking clean air, here. The non-degrading, disposable filter contains nothing to contaminate any system. • The Motor Guard Model MC100 Activated Carbon Filter removes oil vapor and other contaminants from compressed air through the adsorption process. In this process, microscopic pores in the activated carbon media trap individual oil molecules while clean air passes through.
